Agree the venue with the Standesamt first: its office at Kumpfgasse 20 is open Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 12.00, afternoons Monday to Thursday by appointment.
The registry office’s wedding folder lists ceremony slots of Monday to Thursday 14.00–16.00 and Friday and Saturday 9.00–12.00; ask which apply to your chosen external venue.
