How Alpenglow works
Alpenglow is a matchmaking service between people who need a photographer and independent photographers across Austria.
01Why a request instead of instant booking?
Photography depends on things a calendar does not show: the light at your location, the style you like, the language you want to speak and the details of your day. A short request lets us take all of that into account before suggesting anyone.
You do not need to compare dozens of websites or send the same email ten times. We do the checking and come back with a photographer who is available and suits what you described.
02Who you book with
The photographers are independent professionals. When you accept a quote, you agree the details and payment directly with them, and they deliver your photos.
Prices, packages and delivery times are set by each photographer and are always stated in the quote before you decide.
03Your data
We use the details you send only to handle your request and share them only with the photographers we contact about it. The privacy policy explains this in full.
Frequently asked questions
Does Alpenglow charge clients a fee?
Sending a request is free. Any price you pay is the one in the photographer’s quote.
What if no photographer is available?
We tell you honestly. Especially in places where we are still onboarding photographers, we may not always find someone for your date.
Can I contact a photographer directly?
Where profiles are online you can request a specific photographer, and we pass your request on to them.
