Corporate video production in Austria
A good company film shows what a photo cannot: how your team talks about its work, how a product is made or used, what it feels like to walk through your office or workshop. Common formats are a company or brand film of 1–3 minutes for your website, employer-branding videos in which real employees explain their jobs, product films, and interview-style clips with staff or partners. Most projects also produce shorter cut-downs and vertical versions for LinkedIn, Instagram and job ads from the same shoot.
Video takes more preparation than a photo session. Before filming, the videographer works with you on a short concept: the message, the people on camera, the locations and a shooting schedule. Send us what you want to show, who it is for and where it will be used. We connect you with videographers in our network who suit the project — from a single filmmaker for interviews to a small crew for a more produced film — and you receive a quote.

How to plan it
- 1
Start with a short brief
Write down the goal, the audience, where the video will run and its rough length. A one-page brief is enough for a videographer to suggest a concept and estimate shooting and editing days.
- 2
Prepare the people on camera
Real employees come across better than actors, but most are not used to cameras. Interviews work best as relaxed conversations with prepared questions, not memorised scripts. Get written consent from everyone filmed before the video is published.
- 3
Plan locations and quiet time
Production lines, open-plan offices and shops are noisy. Schedule interviews in a quiet room and block time for filming work scenes when the place looks its best.

Frequently asked questions
How long does corporate video production take?
For a simple interview or product video, a few weeks from first call to final cut is realistic. Larger company films with several shooting days and feedback rounds take longer. Agree on the number of revision rounds when you accept the quote.
Can the video be produced in German and English?
Yes. Interviews can be recorded in either language and the video subtitled in the other, or key parts filmed twice. Many videographers in Austria work in both languages; mention it in your request.
Who owns the rights to the finished film?
Usage rights are agreed with the videographer: where the film may be shown, for how long and whether music is licensed for commercial use. Clarify this in the quote, especially for paid advertising.
Do we need a full film crew?
Not always. Interviews and employer-branding clips are often filmed by one experienced videographer. Productions with moving camera work, several locations or actors usually need a small crew.
