The museum was open from 1 May to 26 October in 2026, Tuesday to Sunday 10.00–17.00; the season is published each year.
On Saturdays from 8.00 to 12.00 the farmers’ market fills the Marktplatz; plan the old-town pictures before or after.
Start by 9.00 in summer to have the basilica forecourt to yourselves.
