Real estate photographer in Mondsee

A real estate photographer in Mondsee is a photographer who photographs houses, flats, holiday rentals and hotels for sale or letting, with interiors that show space and light honestly and exteriors that explain where the property lies. The building stock around the lake is varied: town houses around the old market, newer homes on the slopes, and farms built in the local style. The Mondseer Rauchhaus open-air museum on the Hilfbergstraße shows that traditional farmstead, in which living quarters, stables and barn sit under a single roof, so a converted farmhouse often has one long ridge, deep eaves and very different rooms behind one facade.

For listings the light on the property matters more than anywhere else. The town sits at the north-western end of the lake, the Drachenwand and the mountains rise to the south, and plots on the slopes above face different ways, so the photographer checks the orientation before fixing the time: a west-facing terrace looks best in the late afternoon, around 19.50 at the start of September for sunset, while a lake view from the Hilfberg side is often clearest in the morning. A standard shoot takes two to three hours, with 25 to 40 edited images delivered within a few working days.
