Event videographer in Bregenz

An event videographer in Bregenz is a filmmaker who records conferences, company celebrations, galas and launches, from keynote speeches with clean sound to short recap films that capture the mood, and delivers them in formats for websites, screens and social media. In Bregenz the summer revolves around the Bregenzer Festspiele, and many companies invite clients to a performance on the lake stage. For a videographer the festival’s rules are clear: audio and image recordings during performances are not allowed, and professional photo and video equipment, including telephoto lenses, tripods and drones, may not be taken into the venue.

So the film is built around the evening rather than the opera: the reception, the walk along the shore, interviews with guests and the atmosphere before the start. Private filming is permitted during the festival’s guided tours of 50 minutes, but these are in German and booked like any visitor’s ticket. For conferences in the Festspielhaus or elsewhere in the city we film with two or three cameras, record sound from the desk and deliver a recap of two to three minutes within a week, with full talks to follow if required.

Good to know

The festival announced 21 July to 23 August 2027 for its next season; plan client evenings and the video brief around those weeks early.
On rainy days the decision whether a lake-stage show takes place is made shortly before the start; plan the reception film for both cases.
Book a recap cut of 60 seconds in vertical format as well; it is what most teams post the next day.

Frequently asked questions

Can we film the opera on the lake stage in Bregenz?

No. The Bregenzer Festspiele do not allow audio or image recordings during performances, and professional cameras, tripods and drones are not permitted. An event videographer films your reception and guests around the performance instead.

What does an event videographer deliver in Bregenz?

An event videographer in Bregenz usually delivers a recap film of two to three minutes, short social clips and, if requested, full recordings of talks. Delivery is typically within one to two weeks after the event.

How many cameras does a conference film in Bregenz need?

A conference in Bregenz is usually filmed with two cameras for talks and a third for atmosphere. Sound comes from the venue’s desk, which is why the event videographer needs the technical contact before the day.
