Event photographer in Kitzbühel

An event photographer in Kitzbühel is a photographer who documents corporate events, incentives, galas and private celebrations – speakers, guests, details and atmosphere – and delivers images quickly enough for press releases and social media. Kitzbühel’s winter calendar creates its own kind of event work: companies invite clients to the big sporting weekends. The 24th Bendura Bank Snow Polo World Cup takes place from 14 to 17 January 2027 on the Reither Wiese in Reith bei Kitzbühel, with four matches a day from 10.30 am on 15 and 16 January, a gala in traditional dress on the 16th and the final on 17 January at 2.15 pm.

For a hospitality group at the polo, that means two jobs in one: guests in their tent or seats, and the sport in the snow beside them. The prize-giving at 3.30 pm on the final day comes not long before the sun sets at around 4.45 pm, so the photographer plans fast lenses and flash for the trophies. In summer the same corporate groups meet in hotels with their own event rooms – Kitzbühel Tourismus lists, for example, the Rasmushof at the foot of the Streif for 30 to 190 people. You get a selection of images the same evening if you need it, and the full edited gallery within days.
